I worked at a small agency called Safe Ads, where I handled clients from various sectors: e-commerce, education, local businesses, and service provision. These businesses ranged in turnover from 50k to 6 million euros. At the agency, I managed clients end-to-end, from customer care to marketing strategy (including customer avatars, communication tone, market positioning, and pricing strategies), creating custom funnels tailored to the business needs, implementing tracking methods, designing creatives, testing them, and scaling the advertising accounts. This diversity gave me an overarching view of multiple markets within Romania.
